HWPO SWEAT is 60 minutes of fun, no-fuss fitness for all levels. If you’re looking to WORK HARD and get your heart pumping, this is the class for you! Designed for individuals looking to preserve strength and mobility as they age, recover from injury, start their fitness journey, or pick up after some time away, HWPO SWEAT is all about keeping you moving and building CONSISTENCY.

How It Works

This program skips progressions on skills or complex movement techniques, focusing instead on straightforward, effective workouts that get results. Each session combines interval-style training, bodyweight exercises, and boot camp-style fitness with high reps and light weights. With built-in rest periods and unique movement combinations, SWEAT keeps you active, energized, and ready for whatever comes next.

What to Expect

All sessions are coach-led and packed with energy. You'll start with a warm-up, then dive straight into the workout with guidance on scaling options to suit your fitness level. The emphasis is on moving consistently and working hard, with no barriers to entry—just a great workout that leaves you feeling strong, accomplished, and ready to take on the day.
