How do I become a member?

What pre-requisites are required?
To join our AFFILIATE classes for the first time you will begin with our FOUNDATIONS program. If joining with prior affiliate experience, or to jump in our SWEAT classes, simply contact us to set-up an appointment to get started. We will give you a gym tour, create your membership and get to know you and your goals as a member.
What do I bring to class?
Wear clothing you are comfortable to get sweaty in. Bring a water bottle and a clean pair of gym shoes to change into upon arrival in the winter months.
Is HWPO for ordinary people too?
95% of our members are ordinary people…. Moms, dads, college athletes, all looking to get more fit and have fun while doing it. We challenge the best in the sport while also providing a functional fitness program for everyone in between.

Yes we have daily open gym hours, check the schedule for availability.
Do I have to be fit to join?
No. our fitness program is what will get you in shape. No matter what your current fitness level is, we have the fitness program that is right for you. As you become more fit, workouts will become more challenging. Every workout is designed to help you succeed, improve fitness, and move you toward your goals. Our program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience.
What is a typical class like?
Our class programming will typically include a strength session in which you’ll work on weightlifting, squatting or bodyweight strength. After the strength or skill portion of the class is complete, most days will involve conditioning that can be anywhere between 5 to 20 minutes or more.
